We had all but given up on finding a house suitable for my family
in the location we wanted. I had searched on my own for over 4
months and had not found anything that fit our needs. After talking
with Marlies at Perfect Move, I realized how knowledgeable she was
about the real estate market in the area we were looking for and
decided to give the house search one more chance.

Marlies listened to what our needs were in terms of location, budget
and house. She and her partner, Anky were always professional,
honest and unbelievably patient. They really focused on our needs
and did not try and push anything that we did not feel comfortable.
Within days of hiring Perfect Move, we actually found the perfect
house in the location we wanted that was within our budget. We
would have never found the house on my own!

From the start of negotiations until several days after we moved in,
Perfect Move was there to help us sort things out. They gave us
checklists of the things that needed to be done, information about
the area that we was moving to, and advice on movers. They helped
us finalized the contract and made sure it had everything that we
needed. They also recommended that we do our own inventory
independent of the landlord. This ended up being so important as the
landlord’s inventory company missed several important items.

My family and I are pleased to provide our highest recommendation
