After only eight months in the UK we had to move houses again because our Landlords were coming back. I felt already very settled so I decided to do house search by myself. The market was good and I found some houses which very interesting for us. I even put in an offer myself BUT then the "difficulties" began and I did not know any more how to handle the Real Estate Agents.
Luckily Marlies was recommended to me and I called her for support. Marlies and Anky were very helpful - they visited my preferred houses with me again. Without them I would have chosen the wrong house.
I am very happy that I hired them because I really felt in good hands. From the moment they took over they arranged everything for me (negotiation of the new tenancy agreement, check-out in old property, professional cleaning in old property, moving company).
